Custom Approval Messages for your Approval Screen
The custom approval message can be used to remind users about things that they may need to include in their approvals. The text is customised for your organisation, and can therefore be used as a general alert for users sending work.
Where does a custom approval message show?
A custom approval message shows on the advanced and simple submission screens when submitting work for approval. It will show when a user includes in at least one approver in the "Approvers" section.
How to Create a Custom Approval Message
Client administrators are unable to set up custom approval messages in admation. You'll need to ask admation to get involved to help you set these up!
Note that you can only create one custom approval message for your organisation, so please ensure that the text supplied is broad, and encompasses reasonable instructions for all kinds of approval submissions, or calls out any exceptions and anomalies appropriately.
To create a custom approval message, please send your proposed copy through to admation support. You can also send these directly through to your client success manager directly.
