Submitting a Conditional Approval
Some businesses may like the flexibility to send through a conditional approval. When an approval is conditional, it suggests that a user has changes, however when the changes are made, that person does not need to see the work again.
Conditional approval is a feature that needs to be turned on, and isn't always available to organisations by default.
How does Conditional Approval Work?
When you have finished reviewing work
, you can click either
approve or request changes.
If your organisation has conditional approval turned on, a modal will pop up asking you to confirm your changes. If conditional approval is turned on for your organisation, then you will have the option to check a tick box to send through a conditional approval.
Click the checkbox
to send through your conditional approval, then click Submit.
Conditional approval comes back to submitters in the form of a yellow exclamation mark .
When the submitters submit the following round of changes to you
, they'll have the option to mark your changes as actioned, and when the work is sent off to you again, admation will automatically approve that version of work on your behalf, saving you the time to review the next round.
If you're interested in turning this feature on for your organisation, please contact admation support to let them know.
