Searching Through the Projects List
For most users, the Projects Menu will contain each of the projects where you've been added as a team member. It's different to the approvals menu, which shows all items that you have been sent to review in the system.
The projects list contains a number of views to choose a preferred way of displaying all of your project data.
Using Filters to Narrow Down Your Searches
Admation has a range of different project views which you can use to organise your projects visually.
Where you have a long list of projects, it may make sense to Use Filters in the top left hand corner of your screen to narrow down your searches in the projects list.
You can search by a range of metadata and properties, including markets, advertiser, project owner, project phase, asset type, dates and more. Click Search to initiate a custom search in your list.
Once you are happy with your search, you may like to save this as a default for easy access next time. Head back to your filters, and hover over the field that says Saved Searches. Click Save & Run This Search to save the search as a default.
From here, you can also access those saved searches for next time.
Default Sort Orders For Projects
By default, admation projects are sorted by Project ID. The Project ID is a chronological number that the admation support team uses to support all admation clients. If you prefer to sort your projects by another metric, head to the sort button.
Click the dropdown button to display a range of alternatives for sorting your work.
Click an option to select it.
You can also click the triangle on the right hand side of this toggle to flip between ascending or descending order.
If you would like to save a sort option as a default, click back into the Sort by field, and click the bottom option which will Set [Your Current Selection] as Default for next time.
Display Additional Projects
By default, admation displays 36 projects on a given page. However, you may adjust this to 9, 18, 36, 48 or 60. You may also use the page toggles to toggle between multiple pages of work.
Show or Hide Projects that are Hidden By Default
The list of projects should refresh with the appropriately displayed jobs. You may also want to use the checkboxes on the right hand corner of your screen to:
Show or hide deliverables
Show or hide finalised items
Show or hide projects that are on hold
