I want to cancel something that I've sent out for approval. What can I do?

Recall that approval.

As of admation 3.92, you can recall approvals that you've made mistakes on, and even revert deliverables to previous versions thereby reversing the version count if you've uploaded the wrong files. However, before you go through those steps, it may be helpful to consider whether you have other options available to you instead. 

Remove the unneeded users from that approval. 

If you have an active workflow, where you can remove specific users from the approval without un-submitting it, you should always try to do this first. Head to your approval details and edit your approvers.

When you Edit Approvers, admation will prompt you to add at least one approver to each level or group. There is no way to get around this message.

In that case, you can contact admation support to action a work around for you instead. Otherwise, make your changes and click Done.

Admation will prompt you to send an email to the people you've added to or removed from the approval. Type out your message, then click Continue to confirm your changes.
