This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.
The focus of this release was to add a new Detailed View to the Projects list to make managing your projects even easier. We have also added functionality to improve the setting of Key Dates for a job via a new Key Date Templates feature as well as many other usability improvements throughout the system.
AD-2350 Projects List > Detailed View
The Projects list has four different layouts available; Folder, List, Gantt and Lane views (there is also a fifth Assignees view for organisations using the Resourcing system). We have now replaced the folder view with a new Detailed view.
When using the Detailed view, clicking a project will give you a Details pane to the right side of the screen which allows you to see and edit additional details for the job. This is great for quickly making changes to a series of jobs such as when you are running through a progress update with your client/team.
AD-2282 Projects List View > Minor updates
While we were working on the Details view, we have also made a few small tweaks to the List view as well. Now, clicking the Folder icon on the left side of the row will show the structure of the project and will allow you to navigate directly to a deliverable in the job. We have also made it easier to tell if a job is archived or On Hold from this view too.
AD-2028 Project Details > Key Dates Templates
When setting a dates for your job, a Key Date Template can now be applied which will fill in any additional key dates for you. Simply select a start or end date for your project, select a predefined template, and the remaining key dates will be filled in for you. You can also fill in your dates manually and save it as a template for future jobs as well. Please note that this works best for organisations who utilise the Custom Key Dates feature of admation. Please talk to your client success manager for more information about this.
AD-1969 Project Details > Add ability to link an online file (eg a Google Doc) to a job
As well as uploading files or filling in Online Forms within admation, users will now be able to add links to dynamic online documents such as those from Google Docs. Simply specify the document name, URL and type and save it within the Documents section of your project.
Note: External Links cannot be sent for approval in admation. All versioning should be handled in the link itself.
AD-2301 Approval Details > Edit approval deadline
As well as being able to edit the list of approvers that an approval request is sent to, now you are also able to edit the deadline of this approval request.
If your request is spread across multiple approval levels, you can edit these individually. If an approval level has already completed their approval, there is no need to adjust their deadline.
AD-2323 Full Screen Approval View > Add notes to checklists
If your organisation has Approval Checklists set up for approvers to fill in, they were only able to select an answer to a question (eg Yes or No). Now we have added the ability to include notes as part of your checklist feedback.

AD-2148 Assign Meetings to a Project
When setting up/editing a meeting, you can now specify a project this meeting is relevant to.
AD-2329 Department Summary > By User/Project views > add ability to delete tasks
We have added an Actions menu to the tasks when displaying them in the By User and By Project view. The actions allow users to Edit, Duplicate, Log Time against and also to Delete a task. Deleting a task is a new addition to this screen and improves access to this feature.
AD-2325 Department Summary view > Logging time against tasks for your team > Page refreshes back to the top of the screen
Fixed an issue where filling in logged time on the Department Summary view would flick you back to the top of the screen which meant you had to scroll down the page again.
AD-2305 Department Summary View > Create Task Modal > Appears partially off screen on smaller screens
Fixed an issue where the Create Task modal would be too large for small screens to display.
AD-2299 Department Summary > By User View > Create Task > Refine the way the user is specified
Fixed an issue that occurred when creating a task against a user. Previously the user would be specified as the assignee for the task but, if you then went to select a Task Type, the user would be removed again. Likewise, the list of Task Type options would include ones that the user was unable to complete. This has all been tidied up and requires fewer clicks to use.
AD-2358 Online Briefs/Form > File Upload within a brief doesn’t work
Fixed an issue where file uploads within an online brief/form weren’t working under certain conditions.
AD-2345 Online Brief/Form > Bug screen if some dates are left unset
Fixed an issue where a bug screen would appear if a project had no key dates set but the form was expecting a default date.
