Accounts with specific permissions have added access the Resources menu.
With base permissions, you can use this menu to view all the work that's been assigned to everybody in your department. With additional permissions, you can also use this screen to create tasks, schedule meetings and view or schedule team leave.

Clicking on a Task to Edit from the Resources Summary Screen
The default view in the Resource Manager shows tasks allocated By User in a Gantt View. You can use the toggles at the top of the screen to toggle between the different views available.
There are three ways to edit an existing task in admation. The first two are managed on this screen.
From this screen, you can either click the Settings icon next to a task, and edit the task by clicking Edit Task.
Or you can click on that existing task, indicated by a coloured bar line across your screen. From the resulting window, you will be able to see any time logged against the task, along with three icons.
Note that grey lines indicate work that's had time logged against it, and won't be useful here.

Editing Tasks from the Project Resources Screen
The third way to edit tasks can be found on the Project Resources screen. The Project Resources screen refers to a button in a given project that provides a summary of resourcing for that specific project only. It's different to the Resources Summary screen which shows a summary of resourcing across all projects.
Most accounts have access to the project resources view, but only those with specific permissions can create, edit and assign tasks.
You can find project resources by heading to the Projects list. Then select the project you'd like to view. On the right hand side of the screen, you'll see your Project Resources.
From the resulting screen, you will also be able to create and edit tasks. Toggle between any of the view to find the view that you prefer. To edit any task from your chosen view, accounts with the right permissions will be able to click the Settings Cog Icon next to the task you would like to edit. Then click Edit Task.
You can also click on a coloured bar, and click on the Edit Icon to access the same screen.
From here, you can add and edit details for your task as needed. Remember to click Save Changes again when you are done!
