Copying and Pasting text without formatting.
Sometimes when copying and pasting text out of another program, you can also copy the formatting (ie font, colours, size) along with it. For briefs with pre-existing formatting, this isn't always a great thing. In order to avoid copying and pasting text with troublesome formatting, ensure to Paste your work without formatting. Depending on your browser, you may have a different phrase and/or icon to represent this.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts like Command+Shift+V for pasting unformatted text on a Mac, or Control+Shift+V to achieve the same on a PC.
