This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.

 

Release Overview

The focus of this release was to improve the new Timesheet feature as well as making a few small changes elsewhere throughout the system.

Bug Fixes

AD-2901 Project > Add Team Member > Limit user selection based on organisations added to the project
Fixed a bug where if your organisation had many Related Organisations (for example, an ad agency who has many clients), you were able to add users from any of your related organisations into a job. We have now removed this ability.

If you legitimately do need to give access of a particular job to users in a related organisation, simply add that organisation to the project and then you are able to add users.

AD-2915 Submit for Feedback > Update references to “Approvers” as “Reviewers”

When submitting an item for Feedback, the submission manager would refer to the recipients as Approvers, but they should be referred to as Reviewers as they are not actually approving the work. This was also adjusted if a user is Forwarding for Feedback.

 

Resource Management

AD-2916 New Task Widget > Task Type List > Prefix with the department name

For some organisations, their list of available Task Types in the resource system has become extensive. This means that, when adding a new task, the task type you want to select for this task is hidden somewhere in that list.

Now, we have now broken up the list of Task Types into groups based on their Department Name then sorted the Task Types into alphabetical order. This will allow easier location of the task type you are needing to assign work to.

AD-2913 Admin > Add a Client Code to organisations

Organisations can now have a Code attributed to them. This code is available on the new Timesheet Export file.

AD-2914 Admin > Add a User Code to user accounts

Users can now have a Code attributed to them. This code is available on the new Timesheet Export file.

 

AD-2791 Timesheet Export

Recently we introduced functionality allowing time logged in admation to be formatted as a timesheet and we are now allowing these timesheets to be exported for ingestion into a finance system of your choice.

The columns included in the exported data are:

  • Employee code

  • Week (in yyymmdd format, eg the week commencing December 5th 2022 would be

    should as 20221205)

  • Company Code (a code name for your company)

  • Office Code (an ID for your office/department within your company)

  • Job Number (an ID to attribute logged time to a specific job)

  • Client Code (an ID to attribute logged time to a specific client)

  • Division

  • Product

  • Tran Code (an ID to specify the type of work done)

  • Work Code (an ID to specify the type of work done)

  • Overtime (hours attributed as overtime)

  • Hours (time logged per day separated into 7 columns representing the days of the

    week)

  • Comments (comments regarding work done per day separated into 7 columns

    representing the days of the week)
