3.103 Release Notes (March 2022)

This document outlines the new features, improvements, bug fixes and other tasks included in this admation release.

Release Overview

The focus of this release was to fix some smaller interface/data export issues.

Improvements

AD-2874 FSA > 3 buttons for approve/reject/conditional approve

The option to conditionally approve an item used to appear on the Full Screen Approvals View when a user would hit the approve or changes buttons. A modal featuring the Conditional Approval checkbox would display. In this release, we decided to add a Conditional Approval button next to the Approve and Request Changes buttons.

AD-2771 Projects > Bulk download deliverables into a single zip file

The ability to download all the deliverables (assets) in a job is now available from within the settings dropdown menu of a job.

AD-2848 Create a feedback report that shows all of the feedback received on each revision

As of this release, the ability to download all the revision feedback reports for a particular deliverable is now available. The Download Feedback Report button found on the Approval details page will now feature a dropdown with two options. Option 1. Download feedback for this version and Option 2. Download feedback for all versions.

AD-2862 Documents > Make it so anyone who can see a job in able to add document revision

In the previous release we removed the ability for non-project team members to be able to add new document revisions. In this release we have removed this restriction. All users that have access to a document will be able to add new revisions.

AD-2844 Approval > Forward > Forwarders responding after I have already responded

Users who have been forwarded work to review will no longer be able to provide feedback once the forwarder has approved / rejected or conditionally approved the work. The approval level will be automatically locked. This will ensure that no late feedback is received.

The forwarder can of course untick the lock option before or after submitting their feedback if required.

AD-2861 Inbound checklists > Ability to associate multiple system roles to one checklist

In the previous release the ability to associate checklists to system roles was introduced. In this release admins can now associate multiple system roles to the one checklist.

AD-27774 region Mask > Support for multi-directional region masks

The ability to add a region mask on to a approval item has been improved. Previously you were only able to create a region mask by dragging the mouse cursor from left to right. Whereas now you can drag the cursor in any direction.

Bug Fixes

AD-2574 HTML fields > Support Emojis

Emojis are now support on the Message field in the submission manager and in the note fields of approval checklists

Resource Management

Resource Management is a separate module of admation.  If you would like to find out more about it, please contact your Client Success Manager and they will be able to assist.

AD-2347 RM > Project Resources > Prompt to add start date if there isn’t one

Resource Allocations cannot be applied to a job that does not feature a start and end date. Instead of going back to the project details page, a user is now able to add project dates from within the Project Resources itself.

AD-2740 Leave Management > Edit Leave Request

Previously users were unable to edit their leave in the system. Leave could only be approved and rejected by a department manager. As of this release, leave can now be edited by going to the leave page, finding the leave on the calendar and clicking the edit pen. Its approval status will be reset to pending and will be resubmitted to the department manager(s) for approval.
