Using Filters to Locate Approval Items 

For any approvals that you have sent or received, filters can be a really handy tool to sift through and locate files that you have worked with in admation previously. This guide shows you how you can use filters to locate your approval items. 

From the admation dashboard, click into the Approvals menu at the top of the screen.

Using Filters to Locate Approval Items that you have Received

By default, you will be taken to the Received menu where by default, you will be able to see any pending approvals that have been sent through to you to review.

However, you can use the Filters on the left hand side of the screen to update this. 

You will be able to search by: 

• ID, Submitter, Responder, Job ID or Project using the search field 
• Approved, Pending or Rejected Items using one tick box at a time to search for each. Conditional approvals will be included under rejected items. 
• Whether an item was reserved by you.
• Unread items. 
• A date range showing when work may have been submitted.
• A date range showing when you may have responded. 
• The organisation who sent the work for you, if you work with multiple agencies. 
• Project tags.

Click Search to return your search results. From here, you may like to click into the item to review any feedback sent, or download the feedback reports containing the original comments for that item. 

Using Filters to Locate Approval Items that you have Sent 

If you are someone who either submits work for approval, or forwards to other stakeholders, you may like to use the Sent Tab of your approvals menu.

From here, you may use the Filter on the left hand side of the screen to search by: 

• ID, Job ID, Project
• Recipient Name or who you sent the work to.
• A date range showing when you may have sent the work off. 
• Approved, Pending or Rejected Items using one tick box at a time to search for each. Conditional approvals will be included under rejected items. 

Click Search to return your search results. From here, you may like to download feedback reports for your items, or click in to view more information on each submission.
