Batch Assigning or Removing Team Members for Deliverables
To batch assign team members to deliverables, find your project from the Projects list. Then click Batch Edit Deliverables. Choose the items that you would like to edit from the items listed, using the checkboxes.
Scroll down to the heading on your screen titled Team. By default, you'll be editing the data for all the deliverables you selected.
Adding or Removing Team Members for a Single Deliverable
You can also access the edit button for single deliverables when clicking the Pencil Icon when viewing that specific deliverable. When adding or removing team members from single deliverables, click Edit Team.
Add users to your project by clicking the green icon on the left side of the screen next to a relevant person's name, or remove them by clicking the red cross icon on the right side of the screen next to a respective person's name.
Adding Team Members to Multiple Deliverables
For multiple deliverables, the resulting screen looks somewhat different. Click the checkbox next to Add to team.
Then click the pencil icon to view a list of all eligible team members to assign to or remove from the deliverable.
Click the green arrow icon to add a user to the selected users list. Click Done once you're happy with your inputs. Then click Apply changes to all deliverables to ensure your new additions are saved.
Removing Team Members from Multiple Deliverables
Likewise, when removing team members from multiple deliverables, click the checkbox next to Remove from team. A list will show containing the current team members across all of those deliverables.
Click the checkbox for each person you would like to remove from the selected deliverables. Click Done once you're happy with your selections.
Click Apply Changes to all Deliverables to ensure that your changes are copied across to each of your selected assets, then click Save once you're done.
