Using the Different Views in the Projects List
The Projects menu contains a full list of projects where you've been listed as a team member. If you're an admin with specific permissions, then by default, you'll see all projects in admation, even if you're not part of the team.
Whilst the Recent Projects list records the last dozen or so projects that you've accessed, you can access your full list of jobs by clicking Projects.
From the right hand side of the Projects list, you have up to 5 icons to toggle between. These icons represent the different views available to you.
Each view has filters, displays and sorting options that you can use to locate your projects in those crucial moments. This guide walks you through the base functionality of each view.
Using the Project List View
The List View is the default view for previewing your projects in admation. It summarises all main details about a project including:
- Job ID
- Agency Job #
- Advertiser
- Status of deliverables and documents sent for approval
- Job phase
- Job owners
- Key dates
- Task assignees
- WIP notes
Hover over the folder icon to show the project's structure including sub-projects and deliverables, or click anywhere on a given row to access a full project.
NEW! Using the Project Details View
The Details View is another view for previewing your projects in admation and provides all base information about a project via a really handy summary side-panel.
From the side panel, you can see, at a glance:
- Project name
- Project ID and Agency Job Number
- Your organisation (or client if you are an agency)
- Phase
- Key Dates
- Task assignees
- Recent Activity
- Approval summary
- WIP Notes
You can click on any project in the list to activate the side panel. As per the list view, you can also hover over the folder icon to view and access any deliverables within that project.
Click on an i icon in the project list, or on the pop-out to access your full project.
Using the Calendar View
The Calendar View is a view for previewing your projects in admation and sorts projects by its key dates. In this view, the project start and end dates are represented by a solid coloured line. The relevant dates for a project that's Live or In-Market are shown by a striped line.
If you click the Plus Icon , admation shows your custom key dates, the Supply Deadline and live dates.
From this view, you can click the PDF button to export a printable document showing these dates. Click the project name on the left hand side column to access a full project.
Using the Task Assignee View
The Task Assignee View is available to Resource Managers only, and shows all projects and a summary of their related tasks. In this view, you can click on any project with tasks to show a summary of the tasks that need to be completed.
Alternatively, you can click anywhere else on the page to access the full project.
Using the Lane View
The Lane View shows all projects by their supply date. In this view, each project is categorised by week, with a colour-coded status bar showing the approval status of various deliverables in that project. In this way, users have a great overview of projects with deadlines approaching.
