Sending Items from the Approvals Menu as an Email Attachment 

Under certain circumstances, you may want to send items that you've been sent for approval over to someone else, so that they can view it as an attachment. Whether that person may be a manager or anyone else you'd like to share your work with, this guide will show you how to achieve it. 

To start, head to the Approvals menu. Use the checkboxes  to select the file(s) you'd like to send off as attachments within a single email.

Then click the message icon . A message will pop up with the selected approval items loaded as attachments. Fill in your subject, message and recipients, before hitting Send Message. 

Sending Items from the Approvals Menu if You Originally Sent them for Approval

If you're looking for items you've sent for approval, and would like to send those items as a message to someone, click into the Approvals menu and click onto the Sent tab. 

Use the checkboxes  to select your items, then click the message icon . A message will pop up with the selected approval items loaded as attachments. 

Fill in your subject, message and recipients, before hitting Send Message.  

You'll be able to view your message in the Sent section of your messaging menu. Your recipients will be able to view the message from both the email notification and admation Inbox.
