Copying Briefs Between Projects or Deliverables

Moving or Copying Briefs

To save time entering data into the system, you can copy briefs between projects or deliverables in the system. To do this, head to the Projects menu and select a project.  

Then scroll down to the documents tab. By default, the project level shows all documents attached to your project or any deliverable in that project. Click the blue arrow  to view more information about your your briefs or documents already attached to a project. 

You can use your filters to update your views or narrow your search further. Then click the settings cog . Click Move or Copy as needed.

Moving or Copying Briefs Between Sub-Projects or Deliverables

From the pop up screen, click Select for the sub-project or deliverable you'd like to move or copy your item to.

You can also move briefs between projects. To do this click Switch Project. 

Then click the green arrow  to select the project you'd like to add your document to.

Then click Select to move or copy your document across to a specific project, or specific sub-folder or deliverable within that new project. You may also click Switch Project to head back to the previous screen instead.
