Setting a Default Turnaround Time in Admation

Your users can set expected turn around times for responses when they submit an item for approval.

To save time on this, your organisation may opt to set default turn around times in the system. By doing this, users no longer need to fill this out on a case by case basis. Instead, they can edit the existing defaults where needed. 

Default turn around times are entered into the system per business day. To turn on defaultturnaround times for approval responses, please email admation support with the default number of days you'd like to set for your turn around times in the system. 

You can also set default turnaround times for specific approval templates.
