Sometimes your work in admation may include sensitive information that you may want to keep confidential. By adding confidentiality statements to your artwork, you are able to inform users of the sensitive nature of the information they're viewing, how they expect to treat that information and any repercussions that may follow by failing to keep that information private. Confidentiality statements show in admation when PDF documents containing the artwork are downloaded out of the system.
