You need to go to the Projects list.

You need to use your Filters.

You haven't been added to a project.
By default, team members will need to be added to a project as a team member to see projects from their Projects list.
If you've been assigned a task for a project but haven't been added to the Project Team, you'll need to access the project from your task list. Click the task to learn more and access the project. Or ask someone on the project team to add you instead!
You don't have special admin permissions.
Certain users may see all projects in their Projects list by default, even if they're not added to a project. Chat to your admation team member if you'd like to access ALL projects in admation by default.
The project has been put On Hold.
Projects that are put On Hold are hidden from the Projects list by default. To show these paused projects, click the Projects button and ensure that the checkbox for Include on Hold is ticked.
The project has been finalised.
Admation 3.96 introduced a new icon on the homepage to show when a project had been finalised. However, it also allowed certain organisations to hide any finalised projects from this screen altogether upon request. If this is the case for your organisation, you will need to follow the instructions to Include Finalised projects from the main projects menu.
Projects that are finalised are also hidden from the Projects list by default. However, you can show these archived projects by clicking the Projects button and ensuring that the checkbox for Include Finalised is ticked.
.
Your project has too many deliverables.
This is a very rare occurrence whereby you may have multiple projects with 250+ deliverables in it, that's stopping you from seeing the rest of your projects. This is a support request that addressed this in June 2020. Please contact support for further assistance with this particular issue.
