Creating Custom Briefs in Admation

Create the foundations to turn those brilliant ideas into brilliant campaigns with custom online brief templates in admation. Briefing templates allow you to digitise your project's requirements through admation using an easy, user friendly template. Once you have your brief template, users can create projects from these briefs – simply by filling out the digital form in the system. 

Briefs can then be downloaded, sent out or attached to your project as required. You can also pre-fill certain fields from your document within your project! 

Briefs are custom-coded by our developers, so you'll need to book a discovery session to discuss the requirements for your custom briefs. Once your brief is set up, you'll have the option to edit limited aspects of the brief from the admin portal. 

You can also move or copy briefs across projects and deliverables once they're set up too. 

Creating Custom Online Documents in Admation

Admation gives you the ability to link documents to a project. Some people prefer to upload documents into the system directly. However, for consistency, you can add online document templates to projects to provide more information about the project you're doing too.

Like custom briefs, you'll need to have a chat to us about building a custom online template for your team to fill out during your project. You may also like to set up rate cards when creating these documents as well.
