Finding Support Options in admation

There's a button under Admin that's labelled support.

Traditionally this button was used to display support messages in the system, however it's no longer used. Instead of filling out this section, we recommend creating company documentation for your teams, and instructing your users to use the Help bar on the main menu for contacting the admation support team. Of course, you're welcome to navigate your users through to our main help guides too.
