We've come across a few instances where users can't see feedback in artwork approvals. In most cases, the artwork has been forwarded to another party, and there are a few steps missing.
If someone's forwarded work to you.
If someone's forwarded you artwork to review, and there aren't any comments attached, the good news is that it isn't you! It's likely that they've forgotten to include their mark ups. There's an extra step they need to complete, to ensure that you can see their comments. Ask the sender to re-send their forward request, whilst following the steps for including annotations in the forward request.
If you've forwarded the artwork on for feedback.
By default, you're shown comments under the Approval Info tab. If someone's responded to your Forward for Approval or Forward for Feedback request, you can find all comments under the Forwards Tab. Click the checkbox next to each user in order to show their comments.
Remember, to add these comments as part of your own response, you will need to Collate this information. You can also visit this guide for a refresher on viewing feedback from a forward request.

For next time, they can follow these steps to ensure that all feedback gets passed back to you as intended.
