You may have forgotten your password.
There's nothing more annoying than an incorrect password notification. In this modern day and age, with so many accounts and passwords to remember, forgetting your password is pretty common. No need to waste time guessing your different password combinations. If this sounds like the source of your problem, simply head over to our help guide to reset your password.
You may be locked out of your account.
If you forget your password and enter an incorrect password more than 3 times, you'll be locked out of your account for the next hour. You could sit around and wait for the lock to clear, but we get that there's work to be done in the meantime. Simply get in touch with us[a] at admation, and we can clear that lock away for you.
Your account may be disabled.
If you leave your organisation, managers can disable access to your account. If you need to regain access, simply ask your manager to reinstate your access.
You may need to clear your cache.
If your log in issue is browser cookie related, you should clear your browser cache before attempting to login. If you're unsure how to clear your cache, you can also try logging in using this link.
You may be using SSO authentication.
Chat to your IT team if you're having issues with Single Sign On logins.
You may be logging in using the wrong link.
This one is common for first time users. If your organisation was set up on our staging server and you may be trying to log in to admation from our website or vice versa, you might experience a few issues. Make sure that you're logging into the right environment (staging or live). You may also want to ensure that your managers have set you up correctly as well.
