Creating Deliverables if You Don’t Have Your Files Ready
Deliverables refer to the artwork or promotional materials you would like approved in admation. You can use these steps to add deliverables to an existing project. This guide is handy if you hadn’t added your deliverables when you created your project. If still you need to create your project, do that first before following these steps.
To start, select your project from the Projects List. Then scroll down to your folder or sub-folder. If you’d like to add your deliverables to a sub-project, find out how to set up your sub-project folders here.
Once you’ve located your project or sub-project, click the Settings Cog icon, and click Create New Deliverables. You can also click New Deliverable at the top of your screen.
If you are creating a project where deliverable files are yet to be created, click Add Empty Deliverables and specify the number of empty deliverables for the project and then select the Add Deliverables button. Use the checkboxes to select the deliverable type(s) from the list. Then add a number to select the number of deliverables you'd like to add. Then click Add Deliverables.
Batch Editing your Deliverables
For similar multiple deliverables, you can edit the deliverable information at the same time. You can also batch edit your deliverables later on.
To make bulk changes to the deliverable type now, you can use the empty checkboxes on the left side of your screen to select the appropriate deliverables, then click the Grouped Pencil Icon to make your changes.
Click the checkbox to select a field that you'd like to edit for the deliverables you selected earlier. Make your changes then click Apply Changes to Selected Deliverables.
Your teams can add their artwork files to these empty deliverables once they’re ready by following these steps.
You may also delete a deliverable by clicking the icon with the red cross. Once you have selected your deliverable(s), specify the type of deliverable(s) you want to house within your project. Click the pencil icon to make your edits, where required.
You can also follow our guides on submitting artwork for approval once you’re ready to have your artwork reviewed.
