Downloading Assets from the Digital Asset Libraries

Downloading a Single Asset from Ad Storage onto Your Computer

To download a single asset from the Ad Storage or Asset Library to your device, go to the relevant digital library.

Hover over the item that you'd like to download, then click the Download icon that appears over the item’s thumbnail. Admation may ask you whether you want to download the final file, and/or any related production files. Your selection will be downloaded as a .zip file.

You can also click an item's thumbnail to open a preview, where you'll have the option to download the item from the preview screen.

Lastly, you may opt to View More Information from preview mode, if you would like to Download the item from the Information Page.

Downloading Multiple Assets onto Your Computer

To download assets to your device, select the assets by clicking their checkboxes. All selected files will be highlighted in blue. Then click the Download icon  from the Actions bar across the top of the screen. The icon looks like a black downwards pointing arrow. 

Select whether you'd like to include the finished files on their own, or if you'd like to include any associated production files. Click Download The selected files will be downloaded as a .zip file. 

You'll be able to keep track of your download history for all items downloaded out of admation. You may also opt to share a download link to files with others using the admation cart.
