Ad Storage, Asset Library and Cart
This guide explains the key differences between the Ad Storage Library and Asset Library. It also highlights how to best use the Cart to export items and create collections.
Ad Storage Library
The Ad Storage displays all finalised deliverables that are either in-market or ready-to-go to market. Learn more about finalising approved deliverables here. Click the Ad Storage tab on the top navigation bar to navigate through any finalised ads you've previously run through admation. You can also upload previous ads that weren't approved via admation.
By keeping your Ad Storage up to date with all of your business's marketing material, admation makes it easy to create a gallery of easily sharable marketing ads. You can easily filter ads in your Ad Storage by:
- Reference #
- Asset Type
- Live Date
You can also use our advanced search to narrow your search down further.
The Asset Library has been built to function the same way as the Ad Storage. However, the assets stored in the Asset Library often predominantly logos and imagery that are used in advertisements, rather than the finished advertisements.
By keeping an up-to-date gallery of imagery and logos, users can easily link items from the Asset Library to existing projects as downloadable reference materials. This makes it super easy for designers to use your company's asset library items to use in their artwork.
We recommend that you follow the above steps to use the Asset Library.
The admation cart is your facility to share assets outside of the platform. Assets in your cart may be downloaded onto your device, saved as a collection or shared with other or external users. Any download history is captured in the respective spot in your ad storage or asset library.
