Generating Feedback Reports
Once you submit a piece of artwork or document for approval, your nominated team members will review your work. Once you receive this feedback from your team, you may want to summarise it all in a feedback report. Feedback reports can be really handy for designers who need to summarise the work to be done on the next revision. Feedback reports can be exported out of the system as a PDF. You can choose to show or hide specific comments as you wish.
This guide outlines how to generate a quick feedback report, without changes to the comments left on it. If for any reason, you’d like to make edits to these comments before downloading your report, check out this guide instead.
Generating a Quick Feedback Report
Once a stakeholder has provided feedback, you will be notified by an admation email. Click the Go To Approval link in the email.
You can also check out your Recent Activity. Your most recent item will be at the top of the list. Click the item to access your file.
You will be redirected to a screen with the approvalstatus of that deliverable.
- When changes have been requested, the item’s status is red with a cross
- Items that have been approved show a green box with a tick
Click on Review Feedback to view the related comments.
If you would like to export a Feedback Report out of the system quickly, select the users whose comments you’d like to include in the report, using the Checkboxes. The checkboxes are found on the right hand side of the screen under the Approval Level. A blue tick means the checkbox is selected, and that user's comments will be included in the PDF document.
Then click Download PDF with Selected Reviewers' Markups. The file will download to your computer. Click on the file to open it.
Your report will show a thumbnail image of the item, along with numbers representing the different annotations made on the item.
You can use this feedback report to create your next revision of work. Whilst you work on making the requested changes to the work, you may also opt to mark comments as Actioned in the system by checking the checkbox next to the relevant comment. When a comment is marked as Actioned, admation simply adds a timestamp and your name to the comment.
When all of your changes are actioned in the system, check out this guide for uploading your next revision into admation once you're ready to do so.
