The focus of this release was to tidy up a few areas where additional functionality was required.
- AD-1125 Submission Manager > Limit some users only submit using Approval Templates
We can now set up a user permission level which allows submitters send approval requests using the Approval Templates only. If this is turned on, then these users will no longer be able to customise the recipient lists and will be forced to only submit items to the predefined templates.
If you would like to turn this feature on for some or all of your users, please contact your admation liaison who will be able to assist you.
- AD-591 Forwarding Approval Requests > Include additional files
If you receive an approval request which has additional supporting files attached to it and you forward this request on to other stakeholders, the supporting files will now be copied into your forward automatically. You can optionally remove these additional files should you want to.
- AD-1116 Make the Markets field mandatory when creating a project
Organisations can decide if the Markets field should be mandatory for all projects in admation. If set to be mandatory, all new projects will require a Market to be set. If you would like to turn this feature on for your organisation, please contact your admation liaison who will be able to assist you.
- AD-1101 Admin > Search for and notify user accounts that have not been authenticated.
You can now search the Users list in the Admin section to find any accounts which have not been authenticated yet. You can then resend an Account Authentication email to these accounts, if desired.
- AD-1126 SSO Users
If your organisation uses SSO (Single Sign On), you are now able to set whether particular users are able to use SSO in admation. In the event that a user account has the "SSO User" field set to Yes, they will no longer see any of the areas mentioning passwords.
NOTE: If you would like to know more about SSO, please contact your admation liaison.
- AD-1121 Online Forms > Allow fields to share the same dependencies
Online forms can show and hide information based on selections made in the form. For example if you answer "Yes" to the question "Is delivery required?" then additional fields for the delivery address may appear. These additional fields can now be associated to many questions and each question can trigger the fields to appear.
- AD-1122 Online Forms > Allow "Generics" to be set as a dependent
Like we can show and hide fields when forms are filled in in a certain way, we can now also show and hide "generic" items as well. A generic item may be something like a heading, a horizontal line to break up sections of the form or just a paragraph of text. Each generic can be associated as a dependent of some other field so that when that field is filled in, the generic items will display.
These items are only relevant to those organisations who have also purchased our Resource Management module.
- AD-1091 Solution for Flexible tasks with hours that run over time
Previously, if you had a Flexible task where the estimated effort was, say, 5 hours and you logged 6 hours, the task would disappear from the timeline. Now, the system will prompt you to either update the estimated effort if there is more work to do, or mark the task as Completed.
- AD-1148 Full Screen Approval View > Annotations in Greek appear as gibberish when page is refreshed
Fixed a bug where annotations added in Greek (and other non Latin based languages) would appear to be corrupted after the page was refreshed.
- AD-1120 Reporting > Resource Management Report > Meetings not being recognised
The Resource Management Report was showing time logged for tasks on a day, but not showing the time allocated to Meetings. This has now been fixed.
