Adding Files to Your Cart

To start, you'll need to add your files already stored in admation. You can add items to your cart from your Ad Storage or Asset Library.

Once you're in your Cart, you'll see five menu items to choose from. The Settings tab in your cart allows you to transcode image files into other formats before you Download the cart items.

Admation users may use this feature to transcode files from PDF to JPG. They may also use this section to provide PNG files with specific dimensions so that they can be quickly shared for reference or used within a PowerPoint presentation.

Updating Your Image Settings

Please note that downloading files directly from the cart provides you with the same quality image originally uploaded into the system. However, this is not the case with items that are edited under the settings tab. Therefore, we don’t recommend that these transcoded files are used for final production purposes, as altered file quality will not be of a production quality.

Your download settings will allow you to either change the size or format of files found in your cart. Under the heading for Image Settings, click Custom. From the dropdown menu, you may change the Format or Size. 

If you're changing the format, you have the option to change your file to a:

• JPEG
• PNG
• GIF
• TIFF
• BMP

Sizing options are: 

• Small
• Medium
• Large
• Custom

The maximum width and height of the resulting file(s) will be displayed for any non-custom sizing options you select.

You may also notice that under Revision Settings, you have the Custom option to Download data for all revisions, as opposed to downloading only the current version of a file.

Click Save once you're happy with your selections.

Click Download Cart to receive a copy of your transcoded files. Your items will download as a .zip file. You may also export your cart to share with external users.
