Re-running Finalised Ads from the Ad Storage

Locating a Finalised Ad

To rerun an old deliverable or project directly from your Ad Storage, click on the Ad Storage button at the top of the screen. 

Search for a previous campaign using the Filter button, located in the top left corner of your screen, and use our advanced search options to narrow you search down further.

You can search by a range of terms such as:

• Job number;
• Keywords;
• Campaign; and
• Asset type

Rerunning an Item Directly from Ad Storage

Once you have found your advertisement, click on the i icon for the item you wish to re-run. 

You can also click an item's thumbnail to open a preview, where you'll have the option to View More Information on the item.

On the resulting page, you will find a summary of the original project, along with a list of actionable options for the project. One of these items is Re-Run. With the re-run option, you’ll have a copy of the original advertisement to refer to. However, you’ll need to upload your new artwork to the current campaign.  

Any information found on this screen will be copied over into your new project when you re-run your project. You'll have the option to edit it once you click rerun. 

Click the Re-Run button and select the artwork you wish to reuse. Click Continue once you’re ready to proceed. Follow the prompts, filling in the details for your new project as needed. 

Rerunning Multiple Advertisements From Your Ad Storage

You can also use the Ad Storage section to run previous ads in bulk from admation. Select the checkboxes for each deliverable you wish to re-run. When you have selected all required advertisements, click the re-run icon. This icon is located on the Actions bar and shows two (2) rectangles, one black and one white, with an arrow connecting the two .
