Resetting Your Password
Don’t stress! You’re not the first person to forget your password! Here’s a quick and simple guide to getting you back into the platform if you ever forget your account information.
Admation always uses your work email address as your username. If you are still having trouble logging in, perhaps you are not using the correct password. Alternatively, you may need to activate your account to login.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. You can do this by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
In most cases, this email should arrive in your inbox instantly. However, if you do not receive this email within five minutes, you may check your junk mail folders or contact support for more information. You may also want to check out our FAQ page for other reasons why you may not be able to log in.
Once you've received the email, click Reset Password.
The link will take you to a page allowing you to reset your password. Enter your new password then click Save.
Resetting Your Password Once You're Logged in
If you're one of the lucky few who's looking to reset their password, not because they've forgotten their password but "just because," you can also change your password once you're logged in. From your admation dashboard, click Your Name in the top right hand corner, then click Settings.
On the resulting page, you'll be able to reset your password by clicking the Reset link next to your password.
Enter your current password, then your new password where prompted, and click Save.
