Reminding All Users to Approve Work
Imagine it’s 24 hours until your work is due to be sent off to the printers, and your approvers haven’t provided feedback on your design. What do you do?!
Luckily for you, admation has a handy tool to send off additional reminders to reviewers. To access it, go to your Projects list and select your project of interest. Find your deliverable, and click into it.
Scroll down to the Approvals section and click View Info.
By default, you’ll see who’s approved your work so far. It’s shown as a set of icons under the Approval Status section.
At the top of the screen, you’ll see a button that says Remind All . Clicking this button will prompt you to send an email reminder to all users who are yet to review your work.
You'll be able to add or remove users from the recipient list as needed. Any approver who has previously approved or requested changes on your work will not be notified unless you manually add them to the list.
You can also add additional information under the Message section provided.
This tool is also handy to use if any other important piece of information has changed around your approval item. However, there's a separate section to send messages if your approval deadline has changed.
Reminding Individual Users to Approve Work
You may also remind each user individually. From this screen, click the Settings icon next to the name of the group or individual that you'd like to send a reminder to. Then click Send Reminder.
A similar pop up screen will prompt you to send a similar reminder message to the selected user. Because you're sending to a specific user, admation will provide a personalised greeting with the name of the user included as part of the default message.
You may update this message as needed, and set a priority for the message as needed.
By default, the message will be marked as a high priority item, and the file will be linked as an attachment in the attachment section below.
